Working Relationships

In order to help our clients create the right relationships with their publics or consumers, it's also important that Focus creates the right relationship with our clients. Building a rapport is a matter of give-and-take, with ongoing input on both sides. Good communications make it possible to evaluate and re-evaluate throughout the program to achieve maximum results.

We maintain a personal hands-on approach in every aspect of our relationship with our clients. In other words, if you need to speak with our director, you get the director right away, not some junior account person, secretary, or receptionist.

This is true whether your firm is huge or small, your budget large or limited. Under all circumstances, we maintain the same philosophy of teamwork—the kind of environment that inspires every project. So our clients can count on the individual and combined expertise of the Focus team. Each of us confer regularly to stay on top of our clients' business needs.

We know how to work closely with clients at all levels. We know how to bring resourceful, creative thinking to every facet and phase of a program. We know how to become part and parcel of a client's organization while retaining the necessary objectivity.
